Who are we?




Synotrek is an ever growing community of talented players, all working side by side to simply play survival.




Our core player base consists of many talented players many who have contributed greatly to the structures you see around spawn. Most of which was built entirely in survival. (i.e. the player market and the docks)




Our staff currently consists of a small group of highly experienced Admins and Moderators who are always on hand to help. If not ingame then readily available on Discord.




Our Core Features




Our core gameplay is intended to be as close to vanilla survival as we can get - with a few addons here and there. We have many quality of life features such as:




McMMO - Advanced skill leveling system


Lands - For grief prevention


BetterSleeping - Allows night to be skipped easier


GSit - Allows you to sit on stairs (like a boat!)


PvPToggle - Allows you to choose whether you would like to engage in any pvp


QuickShop - For player made chest-shops


Upgradeable Hoppers - Allows wireless linking of hoppers to chests


EssentialsX (Soon to be replaced) - Mainly used for our well established player economy as-well as other commands such as /tpa and /home




What Makes Synotrek Different?




We are constantly modifying, changing and adding new features to enhance the overall experience.




However - at our core - the main differences are:




We allow duping of blocks


Unless the duping causes lag or is used to profit and thus crashing the economy. I.e a TNT duper for quarrying is permitted.




Our free speech policy


You will never be punished for thoughts or ideas shared in our chat.

Chat
Free Speech
We on the Synotrek server are heavily fond of the ideals that encompass free speech, freedom of thought and freedom of expression. We extend these ideals to our global server chat. Any player on our server should feel free to express their opinions in the server chat. However abusing this privilege, by spamming, bullying or harassing a specific player or group is grounds for a temporary or permanent mute.

Griefing
Server Wide
The intentful creation of ugly or unsightly structures is expressly prohibited on this server. As well as purposely destroying or creating ugly or unsightly terrain. This will be looked at on a case by case basis and in most cases if you are far away from spawn and there is a reason for what you are doing it will not count as griefing.

Player
It is expressly prohibited for one player to destroy, modify or edit another players creation without the express permission of the other player.This will always be looked at on a case by case basis but in general if you did not build it: do not touch it.

Exploits
Vanilla Minecraft Exploits
Players are allowed to use exploits that are commonly found in vanilla Minecraft. Such as TNT duping for excavation and/or flying machines for travel and automation. However duping valuable items, such as diamonds, is detrimental to the servers economy and is thus prohibited.
